Does anyone have any ideas on why cirrus 4 won't download the config from an Extreme Aspen switch running XOS V 11.6?

Please answer the following questions to help us determine whether Cirrus will be able to download the config from the Extreme Aspen device.

* Does the device have a cli or is it menu-driven?
* Does the device store the configurations as text files or binary files?
* Can you please include the following screenshots?* The screen that first appears when telnetting to the device.
* The screen after you type the username.
* The screen after you type the password.
* The screen with the commands you enter to download the config.
