Problems with Win2003 Server

Does anyone have any issues running Solarwinds Engineering Toolset on Win2003 Server. My bandwidth gauges keep timing out after about 5 minutes. I'm using an Intel Pro/1000 MC Network Card.

Apparently SNMP functionality is quite different in W2k3 server.
