Hello,
I'd like to preface my issue with the fact that we're currently planning a complete replatform / migration of our solarwinds environment in the near future but have limitations with our current setup which are stopping us updating our components further, we're aware that some of our services are out of support or about to be. The component in question is but we are unable to upgrade as it will put NPM out of support due to our SQL (non SA) versioning. So in the mean-time we're trying to fix forward until we rebuild.
We've recently patched our SolarWinds environment to NPM 12.0.1 (Again we're way behind but for good reason), we took NCM to 7.5 and have now identified that the majority of backup jobs ran in NCM are failing with the below:
03/03/2019 23:00:13 : Started Backup **** Switches
Download Configs from Devices
91 devices selected
Devices: 91
Errors: 53
ERROR: Cannot download Running config : ERROR: License is expired
We have unlimited licenses for NCM, we've restarted services, revoked and reinstated licensing to no prevail. We now have a support call open with a third party support provider who have taken logs but just wondered if this was something anyone else had experienced before? I understand it's unlikely but thought it worth a shot.
Cheers,
Rich
