% Utilisation Graphs

Is there anyway of getting the % utilisation graphs to scale as opposed to having a fixed sacle of 0 to 100 and not actually being able to see very much on the graph as our network goes between 5 and 10% utilisation?

It would be great if automatic scaling was an option. That way we could pick and choose the graphs that we wanted to auto-scale.
