Cannot save a new report in Report Writer

Question

I am running Orion v9 SP2. I developed a simple Syslog report and saved it. I then changed a filter and changed the report title by one word and saved it. But, I could not find the report in the list to the left. I also noticed that the file name of the second report is the same as the first.

Is this a bug?

Can you attach your report to a post so that someone can try to copy in its \Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Reports folder and reproduce the issue?
