I have recently upgraded from Solar Winds 9 to 10 and reinstalled licence file, but I am getting the following error messages in the NCM component. Do I need to configure the endpoint and port somewhere? I can see from netstat command that the server is listening op port 17777.
The The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://ukbioriws01:17777/SW/InformationService/Cirrus/ssl that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.'
