How could I Install new license into NPM after trying the Evaluation?

I have the same question still.  I installed the eval of Orion/NPM and the APM eval.  We went with Orion/NPM, so I uninstalled the APM.  I have no option to enter licensing information.  The license manager only shows APM as an option to license even though I uninstalled it.

Help.

In the Start Menu: Under All Programs -> SolarWinds Orion ->Network Performance Monitor > License Network Performance Monitor

Select > Enter Licensing Information
