I met Dez at Cisco Live and she asked that I message her for a link to resolve issues we're having with NCM reporting differences in the certificate section of Cisco configs between running and startup. I sent her several messages and haven't seen a response from her in the past weeks. I can't seem to find any methods like email or phone to contact her either.
I just heard that the geek in question is having issues accessing Thwack and I've been passed another method to contact them. Faith restored.

I have never had an issue. Sometime especially around "Show Time" I know things can get crazy, but they always get back to me.
Great, she's pretty awesome. And as a heads up from personal experience, I get hundreds of thwack notifications a day, and every now and then something falls through a crack. Anytime you can't reach one of us in a thwack message, ping the admin team and they'll kick it to email.
Agreed! Might take a bit of persistence with busy Solarwinds folks, but they always follow through on a promise!
