It is likely SNMP is not working on the devices. You can do a test from the "edit node" page.
What is the Index for Unknown interfaces on Interface Detail page-Interface Details resource?
This issue is quite broad,
-SNMP can be an issue, the traps configured on the device may be lacking
-If you are in cisco try "snmp-server enable traps" to enable everything.
-check the community string as well and the version, v2c to 3 are recommended
Also, in your orion, go to manage nodes and delete that node and add it again ---try this one first
