Map status is incorrect

Question

When I drilldown on our map the location in Denver shows Yellow. Yet when I drilldown on it everyobject is Green.

How do I correct this?

That was it. I had a server on the map that had deleted. For some reason the color did not change but when you rolled over the object it showed missing.

Open up the map in Map Maker, and look for objects that are showing as grey/unknown, warning or down - some objects might have been placed around the outside the edges of the background image - they won't show in the map on the website, but they'll still affect the map status.

Check the Status setting for the Denver map. You might just want to change the Status slider under Map Properties to something else, save the map, reopen it and change the Status slider back to 100% and see if that helps on the main map.
