Guy's I am having a problem with alert suppression.We monitor about 60 customers. Each customer has about 15 devices that we monitor. about 10 devices are connected to switch 2, Switch 2 is connected to Switch 1, Switch 1is connected to the Router.
The last 3 customers normal alerts are working, however the suppression is not been working. The alerts are configured in exactly the same way as the previous customers. There is no difference in the customer configurations. I have tripple checked the alert suppression and they are the same for all our customers
Our database size is 4.2GB, we have run an integrity check and have been given the all clear. Is there any reason why the last 3 customer’s suppression have not worked?

We have 1574 interface elements
We have 34 volume elements
