Tried to view the system logs for a particular router in our environment. Didnt find where to go !
i think it depends how your system is setup where are you sending the logs? NPM or LEM

In Orion, if you navigate to the Message Centre, you view all logs/events/traps for a single node. You can find the Message Centre under the 'Alerts & Activity' menu (new GUI):
Once in the Message Centre, you can alter the filter at the top of the screen, and specify the hostname of the device you are interested in, and the length of time over which to display the information:
Once you have the filters setup as needed, click 'apply'. The results at the bottom of the page be relevant only to the node you are interested in
