Click on the interface - This opens the interface details page.
Under the 'Interface Details' portion of the page - CLICK - Edit Interface
2nd portion is 'Bandwidth' -> Click 'Custom Bandwidth' and adjust so this is accurate and your % utilization is actually correctly reflected.
