Config downloads stopped working after the installation of Engineer's Toolsets

After I installed Engineer's Toolsets 9.2 on the same machine with NCM 5.0 SP2, the configuration downloads have stopped working. It seems there are some compatibility issues between NCM and EE TFTP servers. The error message was that the TFTP server is configured for transmit only (which is not true). In Windows event log it says that TFTP service didn't start in timely fashion.

I have tried running NCM Configuration Wizard with no success. Please help.

Can you try disabling the toolset TFTP service?   The issue is likely that both TFTP servers are trying to run at the same time and on the same default port.
