Please confirm where we can get the FULL edition of Crystal Report which is suggested if we want to add a NEW(not listed on build-in report). Is it available on customer portal?
Crystal Reports is 3rd party software that you will need to purchase from SAP directly - http://www.crystalreports.com/
LEM reports utility includes Crystal Reports runtime only. The full version is required to build custom templates.
