Licence Issue?

Hello

We are in the process of migrating from one server to another (Server 2003 to 2008, SQL 2005 to 2008 and NPM 10.1.2 to 10.2) and I have an issue with the licence.

I went through the process of manual activation for the new server but after a few days the server blue screened and had to be rebuilt. I tried to use the same .lic file but this didnt work and now when I sign into the customer portal, the option to manual activate is gone.

I can unlicence as the server had to be rebuilt.

What do I do?

Thanks, I have contacted support via the online form and they have reset the licences :)

If these resources still don't help, I would suggest opening a support ticket and they will get you on the right track.
