Report error in v4 after upgrade

Question

in v3.5 we generate a hardware report for internal billing based on "Physical Entities" in Cirrus

we have more that 1000 Cisco devices in Cirrus that we are billing based company site worldwide

we have now upgraded to v4.0 and the old report is not working

we tray to make a new report with same fields

is there any out there that run in to any problem after upgrade ?

We have not had any reported issues or tickets created around the default Physical Entities report available in Cirrus v4.0.  I recommend running a repair on the Cirrus v4.0.  If after the repair, you still still experience an issue with the Physical Entities report, I recommend creating a support case at https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b.

we found the error !!!

just select 100% of record under filters in sted of all record ;-)

please note that you have to disable node monitor, we get database error if it's running at same time.

we only have 1010 device and licens for 3000 ;-)

now we just waiting for some hotfix or service pack
