Custom reports - interface stats and custom poller stats

Question

I have a customer requesting the following.

1st report showing avg up-time, packet loss, latency and bandwidth on an interface over a month's time.  My questions are a) is interface up-time captured by Orion NPM 9.5.1? b) is avg packet loss worth anything without overlaying it with avg pps and if so, can that be done? c) is it even possible to get avg latency on an interface? d) is there any way to consolidate all of this into one report?

2nd report wants avg temps of our CRAC units over a month.  I have custom pollers that give current temp, and that are set to keep historical data, but I am not sure how to average these values over a month and plug them into a report.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hope these ramblings will help:

Availability for an interface will require some SQL code to employ, i ran into this post when I was curious of the same thing :  . You can create an IP SLA operation on the interface and be able to monitor its latency as well via IP SLA Manager, and there's a report for that. With the consolidation of these parameters on a single report, have no idea if it can be done one time via report writer, but I's sure it can be manipulated further on Excel. With the temp, I just took a month's report of the temperature custom poller and averaged them in Excel. Lot of my answers are sorta tedious, and i guess you're trying to find the easy solution and you already know everything I've said..hehe..hope this helps. :)
