Upgrading Windows SQL 2005 32 BIT to Windows 2005 64 BIT

Question

Does anyone have any docs on what all is involved in Upgrading to 64 BIT SQL. Will we need to reload / reinstall Orion NPM , APM , NETFLOW, VOIP and IPManagement?

as long as the IP address/port does not change [& instance name if used], it should be transparent to the SW software.
I have migrated SQL several times.  The only potential gotcha is ensuring the appropriate user(s) account is set up before pointing Orion to it.
