SSH Problems - Warning to v4 Upgraders

Question

This is not a knock on Solarwinds, but a cautionary warning to prevent all the usual "I upgraded and now 'x' doesn't work - SW sucks!!11" users.  Cirrus v4 has a lot of great new features, however, if you are using SSH on your devices *and* you were previously affected by the 3.5 SSH bug where only partial configs were downloaded, then don't upgrade to v4.  I mostly see this problem occur with Juniper routers and I've been working with SW to get to the bottom of it.  Evaluate whether you really want the new features before upgrading, or wait until the next maintenance release or service pack!

For the "Connectivity issues discarding config file" issue on the NetScaler Load Balancers, I recommend creating a ticket with support at https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b and include session traces from the NetScaler devices.

I will say I have alot of "Connectivity issues discarding config file" with every one of my NetScaler Load Balancers since I upgraded from V3.5.1.
