If you want to track temp and humidity via SNMP, you could build a custom config for MRTG (multi-router traffic grapher). MRTG will monitor and track just about anything that supports SNMP. It runs on the unix platfor (solaris/linux/HPuix). You have to know the OID for the devices you want to monitor. www.mrtg.org
