SQL Report Help

Question

Hello everyone. I am in need of a little help with creating a report for Management and I do not understand SQL that much.

Management would like to have a report that will provide the following

City

Circuit Size

95% Recv Last 30 days

95% recv last 90 days

Max recv last 30 days

I have creaded a custom true/false properity (isOnUtilRept) for the WAN interface needed for the report
