ISA Server - WMI/SNMP - Counters

Question

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could direct me towards using WMI or SNMP to count the number of active sessions on ISA 2004/6. I presume this going to be a WMI counter; but how and where would I find a list of WMI counters and what they mean etc? Is there such a thing as a WMI "walker" like there is in SNMP?
