keeping an updated list of IP's / system name to Switchport location

I'm not sure if this can be done on a schedule, but wanted to ask.

We have a requirement to publish IP address to System Name to Switchport.

Can this be done on a scheduled publish to web so that we can have this list accessible from our intranet?

If so, how can I achieve this?
