IPAM Alerting when a new MAC address is learned on a subnet.

Question

Hi,

I created a Branch "Group" and under that folder create a Group for each branch location which include the Vlans/Subnets from the router.  I'm able to pull the MAC addresses from the router but I want to setup an alert for the Branch Group, It would alert or email if a new MAC address was learned.  All my searches find reference to an older version of IPAM and it is different from ours.  4.5.2
