64 Bit Server Setup

Question

For the people that have 64 bit setup, what is your server OS setup?  Do you have a server dedicated to the Orion app and the other dedicated to the DB?  Are both boxes 64 bit?  Does anyone run with 32 bit on the application side and 64 bit on the database?

I am in the process of getting equipment to upgrade my servers that Orion is on and break the OS and database apart.

I had thought about putting the app on a 64-bit but we run some other misc troubleshooting tools from this server and most of them wouldnt work on 64-bit.  I am leaning more towards a 32-bit for the app and a 64-bit for the server just so other things would still work on the app server.

Once we purchase NTA, and we get into next budget, we'll be putting the DB on a seperate server...I'm thinking we may make both the DB and the App server 64-bit...I'm not sure yet, though.

Does this work well for you?  Do you ever experience performance issues running Orion on 32bit?  Do you have anything else running on the Orion application server besides Solar Winds products?  This is the direction I think I am going to go but I wanted to get some feedback from someone first.
