email privacy

Hello,

My email is my username in Thwack community & my username is visible to everyone (i.e. my email is visible to everyone). I checked out Privacy tab and it is not allowing me to change my username's privacy settings. How to hide my username from "visible to everyone" or change my username? I just don't want to display my email to everyone.
