Cannot register Evaluation

Hey all,

We have bought this product, and the licence is showing up in our online profile. We have the latest version of Cirrus confog manager installed. It is the evaluation. When logging into the website, and trying to generate a key, when I enter the evaluation serial number, the website tells me it is not valid. Also, I am having trouble finding where the key is even entered into Cirrus once I get that working.

Any ideas? I am happy to reinstall, provided I don't need to reconfigure everything. Can I just import the current database and everything should be back to normal?

Any help would be great as our trial runs out very soon.

I recommend performing the steps below:

1. Uninstall Cirrus Eval.  Your database, reports, archived configs and all settings in the database will not be uninstalled.

2. Download the licensed Cirrus from the Downloads section in your Customer Area at http://support.solarwinds.net/support/default.cfm.

3. Install licensed version of Cirrus.

4. Register licensed version.
