Rogue Nightly Inventory Job

Question

I have an inventory job that launches every night that is NOT listed in the Web GUI.  It also attempts to inventory old nodes that were deleted and are not in Orion NPM or NCM's web based nor program based list of nodes.  The task is NOT in the windows task scheduler either.  I suspect this thing is in the database somewhere and it still starting.  Anyone have an idea how to disable it and remove nodes that should already be deleted in NCM.  Yes I tried the database sync method to no avail.
