You will need to make sure that you have .NET 2.0 installed for Orion to work properly. There are no known bugs that could explain the problems that you are experiencing. As always make sure you're on the latest build (8.02).If you do manage to solve your problem post back here and let us know what you did to resolve it. It may help someone else in the future.

Once you hit that limit the database no longer accepts writes and lots of really strange things start happening to Orion. This is also true if you run out of disk space, but I don't think this is the case here.I know there is no technical reason why you can't run NetFlow Analyzer with SQL Express but I wouldn't recommend it (ever). I've yet to see anyones NetFlow NOT consume more then 4GB of database space. Especially with all the indexing going on in the current build. Also NetFlow Analyzer is extremely I/O intensive on the SQL database. In it's current state it is highly recommended that run your SQL server on dedicated hardware. You will also need very fast drives preferably in a RAID 10 configuration. SAS drives are highly recommended.

I can no longer open Orion Systme Manger, Orion NFM or the configuration wizard. I was thinking that perhaps if I ran through the configuration wizzard one more time, it would help with the netflow and System manager opening, but since I can't open that either, I can't really do anything. The good news is that it seems to be collecting the data again, and you can view the data that has been collected via the web site. Unfortunately, I can't do any systems administration anymore.Does this sound familiar to anyone?
