Saving only changed configs to Config-Archive

Hi,

I have been trying to save a copy of recently changed configs to the config-archive folder. At first, I wasn't able to get any configs saved, until I read an earlier post about removing the checkmark from "Only save configs that have changed." I started getting the configs copied to the folder, but I only need ones that I have just changed. How do I go about getting that?

Hi Lily, that "hint" about removing the checkbox from "Only save configs that have changed" was really an attempt at narrowing down root cause.   Config Archive should work regardless if you have the checkbox enabled.    Please open a support ticket on this one as we'll want to try to reproduce in house.

In the interim, you can try scheduling a separate Config Archive job that runs after your Download Config job to workaround this potential issue.
