I am looking for a tool that will crawl a network and report any hubs that are installed. Which of your tools will do this type of reporting. I am actively looking at purchasing a product that does this. If no tools here do that, can you point me in the right direction? Thanks for your time.

We use Switch Port Mapper (part of the Engineers toolset). What you have to do is scan each switch and look for multiple MAC addresses on a single switchport.

i installed the trial version, but the Switch Port Mapper is not there. Any advice?

Make sure you downloaded the correct version. You want this one:

Just to be clear, this won't tell you if it's a hub or a switch.
It will just let you see that there is a multi-port ethernet device plugged into your switch port.
We enable BPDU guard on all our access switch ports to prevent loops in the network & alert us when someone plugs in a switch.
We have syslog alerts setup to e-mail us when a BPDU is detected & have auto-recovery enabled after one minute.
