I can't see that in the admin guide my SQL2008 Standard Edition (64-bit) is running SP1 should/can upgrate then to sp3 ?
PS running NPM 10.2.1if it make any diff.

Hi, according our internal platform constrain there should not be any problem with running NPM 10.2.1 on SQL Standard Edition with SP3.
So you can made an upgrade. But anyway I strictly recommend to make backup yours database before upgrading.
