snmp traps and Events

Hi ....

I have a question about SolarWinds and snmp traps. On my Debian linux box i have custom maked some snmp traps

that im sending to my SolarWinds. All works just fine, i can see the traps comming in Trap Viewer and right now i have made

an Email-alarm on it, still working just fine.

My question is, how to i make these Traps visible in my Events so i use the alarm connected to the Events ?? is this at all possible or not ??

Traps are not a type of event.  Traps can be added to the menu bar with a view that looks like Syslog.  Go to customize your menu bar and add Traps as a custom menu item -- http://..traps.asp
