Setting a Scheduled outage for system Maintiance

Question

IS there a way to setup a scheduled window for all nodes for doing server updates and maintiance with out going into all the nodes and setting this up individually?

Here at Goodrich we have teams that handle the servers and they bring them down to do OS patches and such. This creates issues with the data that is used for SLA metric's.

This may be a nice feature to add if it does not exist.

Thanks for the SQL script example, that should be helpful.  I would like to reiterate the above request/question about plans to add the functionality in the web-console or in system manager.  This seems like it would be very easy to implement.  I love Orion but the lack of this feature which is inherent to most management packages is a little disappointing.

One of our Support Techs gave me this:

Open Orion DB Mgr, Nodes Table, Set to read/Write

UNMANAGE:

Update Nodes
SET UnmanageUntil = ‘9/4/2008 6:14:59 PM’, Unmanaged = 2

MANAGE:

Update Nodes
SET UnmanageUntil = ‘12:00:00 AM’, Unmanaged = 0

Thank you for the reply. I'm not exactly versed in SQL here, could you post an example script? Also, are there plans to add this functionality to SolarWinds? This is a pretty common feature of most network monitoring solutions.
