Monitor Access Points from Controller

Question

I want to monitor access points from the controller. i can retrieve the values from the table via snmp. to see the values, I created two UnDP (AP name and AP status). The two UnDP access the same table.

then I created the alert with "Custom Table Poller Current Status"
this only monitors for status. therefore, I only see the status if the ap is disconnect but not the name of the ap. how can I adjust so that i can also see the name of the ap?

Could you advise any updates on how to include the APName in the email alert at all please ?

Since you already have both of the relevant bits then what you should be able to do is first, go into the UNDP tool on your Orion server and make sure that the label is set to that ZAPName OID.  Assuming that is correct then on your email alert you will want to his the insert variable button and search for a variable that I believe is just called Label, if i remember correctly.  Including that should get you what you want, I'll see if I can grab a screenshot once I get settled in later this morning.
