Hi Randa- I am currently using Juniper Router Device type still no luck. Hi,

Can you try Juniper.Router device type?

Wherever required, use Variations feature to change the commands.

If the above is not worked out , you can try the same with Generic.Device type

If that is also not worked out please capture the PuTTy log by following below link, then I can check with the existing templates and update.
