Hi, I've been using Cattools for many years now and have only just signed up to thwack so I wondered if anyone could give me an update on a couple of feature requests I have submitted in the past and what the best way is to submit these now: via the forum or via support tickets?
1) "Collapse all groups" option in the device viewer.
2) Option to use LLDP rather than CDP in the CDP Neighbours report (partuicularly with HP switches)
