Hello,
I can't seem to find anyway of monitoring uptime of individual services or ports - for example our mail server could be up (responds to a ping) but the smtp service could be down.
There doesn't seem to be anyway of tracking this, which seems very odd, in an otherwise pretty comprehensive product.

[I am using a product called servers alive to do this.
you can search for it on the web. you can check up to 10 services for free.
