You can find the installation package in your customer portal. This service release fixes a problem with SSH2 connections.
Can you check this please? It's not showing in my downloads on the customer portal yet.

I checked for you and it's there. When you log in to the portal, go to License & Maintenance:
Then on the page click on "Choose download" for CatTools and you will see 3.9.1.
