Interface is not reporting utilization

Question

I using a trial version of Orion, and I am having problems with the initial setup. I can get it to connect to a switch no problems. It sees that the switch and port, and can profile the port no problems.

However, it can't see the traffic on the port.

Any ideas? Is there a log that I can look at to see what errors it might be getting.

I have just recently seen a similar issue when using SNMPv3.
It was odd because it worked for a month and then it randomly stopped collecting data for the interfaces.
