2000 Server

Question

I have (1) Windows 2000 server that I am unable to add into the interface to monitor. When I try and add it I get an error saying "xxxxxx does not support the Interfaces MIB". I have setup 20+ Windows 2000 servers in our system and not had a single issue. I have verified and the server has the MIB's. Any ideas? SMNP is configured correctly on the server just like all the others. This server is identical to all the others. Suggestions to try?

Are you sure that Microsoft Windows supports SNMPv3?

I am running into this same error when using SNMPv3 on a Windows 2003 server.  The funny thing is that it works fine when using SNMPv2, but I'm mandated to use v3.

Can anyone help us?
