List resources crashes in Orion NPM

Question

In the Orion System Manager, I right-clicked on a device, selected Node Details. Then, in that window, I clicked on List Resources.

The application crashed at the time.

If I right-click on that same device, and choose List Resources directly from that menu, I get a window that pops up and says there's a Run-time error '0'. After I click on OK, the application closes.

This basically means that we won't be able to add or modify interfaces to monitor.

Any help would be appreciated, I am using Orion V 8.0.0, System Manager V 8.0.103, Performance Monitor 8.0.70

In the past, we have seen this when connecting to a Polling Engine on a remote server with the System Manager open on the local server. Not sure if yours is remote or not? This error is due to DCOM settings on the server.
