Cloud Settings for GCP

I have been trying to setup a GCP connection for my Observability Self-hosted and get the error Invalid Private Key. Please verify and try again.

Questions -

What is the format of the private key that I am supposed to enter? I received a JSON file from the GCP team that contains the information but cannot find what is the correct format to put the private key to connect to the cloud. I have tried multiple different versions of the cert but nothing works.
Where do I find the log files for troubleshooting this? This article is not very helpful at all - Troubleshoot cloud monitoring I cannot find anything in the logs on the connection attempt. I have a ticket opened with Solarwinds and they sent me the link above.
The key is valid. We tested the key with GCP suggestions and it is valid.
Does the GCP connection actually work? Or was this added for looks for now.

Paste the entire contents of the downloaded JSON key file into the Private Key box—including the opening { and closing }

C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\VIM\Jobs\ — cloud polling job logs.
C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Collector\Logs\ — collector logs; search for “Cloud.”
