I will be giving a talk at SpiceWorld 2026 in Nov and am hoping to get some more data points in. The talk looks to show that "Sys Admin" burnout can be monitored just like we do our systems, measurable indicators: rising error rates, slowing incident response, degraded security vigilance, and eroding knowledge redundancy. With Sys Admin being used cause well I am a sys admin lol but this plugs in help desk, network, etc etc.

I have a SUPER quick, totally anonymous, survey to help drive some data home. I asks about AI usage, time off after an incident etc etc to help solidify things.

Here is the Google Forms survey, I also have a Tally version as well if ya dont get down with the Google Forms lol. I will come back with the data and how it was presented.
