Netpath services not showing all the hops on certain services

Hi,

I have an agent with several services I want to monitor using netpath services. For some reason, on some netpath services I am getting all the hops and the other services I am not. I open a case with Solarwinds and not getting anywhere with them. We try to run debug and change the cfg on the agent to run as standard base instead of connection base but that didn't help. These services are located at the same location and there is no firewall or ACL on these connections. I ran wireshark and I don't see any issue. Solarwinds support also doesn't see any issue in the wireshark so I am hoping someone in this forum can assist me with this issue.

Thanks for the links but I have tried that with Solarwinds support and they didn't see any ping loss or latency. The Solarwinds engineer doesn't seem to know the reasons and the next step to help me with the issue.
