Remove "Platform Connect" icon from menu bar

Few requests have been posted to remove 'Platform Connect". Can this be removed, or give Administrators a setting to disable or limit this for users to prevent confusion.

As a workaround for a big part of OrionWeb console, you can modify CSS this way:

\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Web\SolarWinds.css
.sw-platform-connect-info {display:none;}

\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Web\ui\Views\Shared\_Layout.cshtml
<style>.sw-platform-connect-info {display:none;}</style>

This is implemented via the global Advanced Configuration. By checking the "HideIconToAllUsers" box, the cloud connect icon in the header will disappear.

Only do this when using 2026.2 or above. If done on 2026.1 then after about 4 weeks, the Core Business Layer service to fails at startup.
