Compliance Reports different to Rules

Hi All,

I'm having issues with the compliance reports. I created a custom rule to check my IOSxe device config for QOS. The rule works well using the rule testing feature with no issues at all.

When that same rule is used in a report, it flags issues that don't actually exist but if you go back and run the rule tester on that exact config, it shows no issues. They are both looking at the same devices and the same configs.

Has anyone seen this before? or am I going insane with this amount of regex.

Yep, quite often the "test rule" will work, but when you put it in a report it won't. I think for me, its always the EOL condition I have in it. Instead of whatever you're using for an EOL, try using [\r\n] in its place. Should work on both testing the rule and putting it in a report.
