That's a generic error that could be caused by a handful of things. If the previous comments of checking/restarted SW services does not resolve it then you need to check the logs to know what triggered it (it will probably require opening a support case).

The specific log in found in C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log

Find the stack trace and post it here. That would provide the most details into what is happening.

If you have sufficient rights in your environment, login into SolarWinds Primary Poller and search for SolarWinds Platform Service Manager validate if all services are up and running as @naveensingh43 has mentioned, if not start all. Also check IIS Service.
Make sure you login creds are correct provided you are not using SSO to login.
If nothing works last option would be to reboot your primary poller / Additional Web Server in case you have it.
