I have experienced the same issue after Upgrade to 2026.2.1. All the Alerts Configurations are gone only 4 alerts I can see However I do have atleast 30 Customized alerts + Out of Box alerts are also missing.

Verified the Account Privileges as well and everyhting is allowed

I'm still unable to mute/unmanage alerts even the Allow Real-Time Polling is allowed.

Are you with SolarWinds Corporation? Any direct involvement on customer product experience?

The issue related to unmanaging object does not work if the account does not have "Allow Real-Time Polling" permission should be addressed in the next available service release.

I have not heard or seen anything like that. Suggest you open a support case to dig further into that.
